At Competine Creek, every product is custom made to order with care and craftsmanship. Because of the personalized nature of our work, refunds or exchanges are only offered if the mistake is on our part.

Order Accuracy
We take pride in ensuring your order is made exactly as approved. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and design details before finalizing your purchase. If we make an error (such as incorrect spelling, wrong size, or wrong design), we will gladly replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Customer Satisfaction
If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Returns that are not the result of our mistake may be accepted at our discretion, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

• The item must be in the same condition you received it.
• All returns must be approved before shipping back to us.
• Custom orders made correctly as described cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to replace or refund your order as quickly as possible.
